Frazer Hines

Frazer recently played the role of ‘Albert Blunderstone’ in the UK Tour of SERIOUSLY DEAD.

He is probably best known for the roles of ‘Jamie McCrimmon’ in 117 episodes of the original series of DOCTOR WHO, and ‘Joe Sugden’ in EMMERDALE a role he played for over 20 years. He has also played ‘Duncan Ramsden’ in the BBC’s DALZIEL & PASCOE and ‘Mr Spinks’ in OUT OF SIGHT for ITV and he also filmed the role of ‘Sir Fletcher Gordon’ in the Sony /Leftbank Pictures film for TV – OUTLANDER.

Frazer’s other stage roles include ‘Roger’s in the UK Tour of AND THEN THERE WERE NONE for Bill Kenwright Ltd and ‘Roosevelt’ in ANNIE THE MUSICAL (Tour).  He also played ‘Richard’ in FIVE BLUE HAIRED LADIES, ‘The Inspector’ IN THE UNEXPECTED GUEST, ‘Inspector Cocquin’ in THE HOLLOW and ‘Colin’ in ABSENT FRIENDS, amongst others.

His film work includes ‘Carlson’ in IMPURITY, and ‘Mr Hemmings’ in TWO DAYS IN THE SMOKE.
