Jeremy Gittins

Jeremy’s TV credits include ‘Major Blake’ in MIDSOMER MURDERS, ‘Levi’ in FOOTBALLERS WIVES and ‘Marcus’ in A TOUCH OF FROST. Other TV roles include ‘Clifford Durran’ in DOCTORS, ‘Vic’ in NEW TRICKS and ‘Boris’ in THE HOUSE THAT JACK BUILT.

In Theatre Jeremy played the role of ‘Sir Charles’ in THE RULING CLASS for the English Theatre in Frankfurt. Prior to this he played ‘Philip’ in RELATIVELY SPEAKING, ‘Claude’ in  A BEDFULL OF FOREIGNERS, and ‘Sir Richard Ramsey’ in THE KING AND I at The London Palladium. Other Theatre roles include ‘Sir William Penn’ in a Tour of THE SECRET DIARY OF SAMUEL PEPYS, ‘Nick’ in a Far East Tour of BEDROOM FARCE and ‘Bob Philips‘ in HOW THE OTHER HALF LOVES. He also played ‘Frank’N’Furter’ in the National Tour of THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW and ‘Rocky’ in the same at The Comedy Theatre . Most recently he played the role of ‘Richard Willey’ in TWO INTO ONE at The Mill at Sonning.

TV viewers may remember him as ‘The Vicar’ in 5 series of the BBC’s award winning KEEPING UP APPEARANCES.
